Dr. Farooqui graduated from the University of Chicago He served his internship in internal medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Farooqui speaks several languages, including English, Spanish, Urdu, and Hindi.

One of my favorite doctors. He's kind , patient , listens to your concerns , and really goes above and beyond with your health being a priority. I've never had a bad experience and I've been coming to this practice for a few years. Everyone is really nice , the receptionists and the nurses. Never once has there been any issues. I happened to see a bad review and I couldn't believe it. Best practice I've personally been to and I just wanted to clarify because this isn't anything less than five star

Dr. Farooqui has been a very good doctor since I’ve been his client over the past year. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. As are his office staff and other medical personnel also. I’m so thankful I found his practice!
